Having issues with my Tank Replacement Single Coil Cartomizer, 3.0 ohms

For some reason this tankomizer isn't pulling at all on my 510 connection. I take it off, and when I pull on it I can feel the air coming right through, but as soon as I screw it on, the darn thing will not pull at all. Please help!
