having issues with new hellfire mini ....need help

I have several Genesis atty's and enjoy them alot. After being on the Hellfire list for a 1.5 yrs ,I was able to get one. I have tried different meshes 325,400 & 500 and haven't been able to produce a whole lot of vapor. I usually vape 28awg kanthal with 500 mesh with great results. Can anyone give me the size mesh they use on the Mini Hellfire ....It's driving me crazy that I can't get this atty singing Thx

Maybe try 30mm wide or less for straight wick, and about 20mm or less for a Uey..

I am also struggling to get my hellfire mini set up right. I am using 400 mesh and 32g kanthal. I have tried using thin and fat wicks. I cant get my wick to keep up with the coil. I am also having a problem with the top coil hot spot. No matter what I do I seem to be getting dry hits. Any help would be appreciated. What set up is everyone else using? I am just using a standard wick setup.

Gotta do a u wick with 325 mesh. I do 4 to 6 wraps of 30 awg. But a good u wick will keep up with any res coil. Cut the mesh somewhere btw 14 and 17mm wide, and a 1.6 mm syringe or drill bit to make ur coil, pulse it to firm it up, then either slide ur wick in or take the coil off and pull the wick through it, then put in place. If top coil hotspots are still a problem, throw some m2 washers under the brass insulator nut. If u still can't urs to work sell it to me let me know if u have more questions, they can be tricky but it's well worth it.
