Having Problems with Website

I had some items in my cart from the other day, and had entered the older coupon code at that time. Now, when I try to view my cart and check out I keep getting an error message about the expired code and end up on an error page. I have re-entered the new code, but then when I click "Check Out" it still gives me the error message about the older code. Maybe I should just call and place my order?

I have problems with the shopping cart ALL the time. It keeps me from shopping for more stuff, as when I add something everything gets messed up again. Drives me insane!! I hear they're working on a new website though, so hopefully it'll work better for those of us having issues.

I've been trying to put in an order all day. Cleared my cache and tried 2 different browsers. Nothing seems to work. I can get to the home page but cant get to the merchandise. I don't want to miss the New Years sale.

The site did seem to be having slow periods earlier, but it is working and is very snappy at the moment.
