Having trouble with the forum

I am trying to start a new thread in a suppliers forum, specifically i am trying to start a new thread in the "Halo" forum, but I am not allowed to start a new thread, let alone post on an existing one. I looked to see if the was a post regarding this but I couldn't find anything and now I'm at a loss. Any advice?

you need a 5 post minimum in the new members forum to post in another forum section

Yep.... Always something new and interesting going on here. Minutes turn to hours pretty quickly when you're on ECF.....
