HCIGAR Sentinel M40

So I saw the hcigar Sentinel M40 and I'm wondering if anyone is selling these yet? I'm not even sure what it's supposed to be a clone of but I want it.

Looks like it's based on the M16. Stainless instead of aluminum and a nice flat top cap. The button looks almost flush with the bottom which would be nice if the throw is that short but bad, imo, if it pushes into the bottom to fire.

Looks like a nice mech. hcigar has been putting out some nice stuff, if you don't mind clones.

Everyone complains that clone manufacturers aren't improving upon existing designs. Does this count as an upgrade to either functional or aesthetic looks based on existing mods? Yes I love clones, but if this is unique then it's an original.

But they would have to sell it for half the price haha. I think this is supposed to have a magnetic switch, but not finding much info.

Bleh, why'd they have to use that style top cap.

The 510 connector will inevitably be higher than the outer rim to facilitate airflow, therefore everything has a noticeable gap.

Requires power-tools to fix the gap and then you may run into airflow issues(obv) depending on what youre using.

Otherwise it's a pretty nice looking mod.

I like it. Its essentually a mech Sigeli Zmax with a brass mid section and no ego threading.

just ordered one of these, doesnt look like the button locks and will be recessed just like the tvs diablo clone. we'll just have to wait and see

anyone physically get one of these in their hands yet?
