Here's a High Def review of the new EM Mini Pipe from East Mall.

Over all I was very impressed with the device, with the exception that the atomizer seemed a little "airy" ... that is to say that airflow was so excessive that I did not get good vapor. I rectified that issue with a small modification which I included in the video. As the manual bowl has no need for the large center conductor hole, I can't imagine why they do not seal it at the factory..as this would resolve that issue..unless some atomizers have no vents at all and require it for airflow, which I doubt.
In any event that was the only problem I had with it and it was easily rectified. Flavor with the included cartridges was quite good, although I'm not sure what the flavor was supposed to be. It's a "tobaccoish" flavor similar to marlboro, but not identical. The box was marked with a "W", rather than an "M" (you can tell immediately if you turn it upside down) perhaps Winston? In any event it provided good throat hit without being excessive, plenty of vapor, and almost completely trouble free operation, I did manage to flood it once, but removing the atomizer and blowing through the threaded end immediately restored vapor production.
Because of the immense atomizer and cartridge size, it lasts a surprising amount of time between fillups, and in fact a cartridge lasts almost as long as a battery. Thats amazing performance for a 3 piece PV.
Battery life was good.. in fact better than I expected as the 14250's provided are even smaller than 3.6v CR2s. I got approximately 4 hours of fairly heavy vaping out of a single battery before I noted vapor dropoff and decided to charge it.
The cutoff, if it exists, is insanely long. I never hit it, and after several attempts my head was spinning and I gave up. I never did take the atty off and check to see what the timer is on the cutoff, if one exists. Suffice it to say it is long indeed.
The manual button is nice and crisp, providing good tactile feedback when pressed. There's no question you pressed it hard enough as the click is easily felt, even through thin leather driving gloves.
Another small item that could stand to be improved is the bezel battery cover, which when illuminated seems a little one sided in the immediate area of the LED. If the plastic were a little less "see through" it might illuminate a little more evenly, which would seem a bit more realistic..as the bezel now is so seethrough you can see the battery and all right through it. This does not alter function or performance in any way other than visually.
Anyway, On with the video!
