hdv bottles

I just got a few 30 ml bottles from high desert vapes. I love the fact that they come sealed (something like a milk carton), but now that the bottles are open, I can't get them to close all the way. like they will leak if they are knocked on their sides. has anyone found a way to close these bottles well?

Try pushing downward when twisting the cap on. I have a bunch of bottles from HDV and they all seal up perfect. You will just spin the lid without the downward pressure. Many juice companies have similar lids.

I tried that, no luck. it just won't close. it spins and spins and just when it starts to get some tension on the threading, it snaps through and is loose again. I can't find a customer service email on the mobile site, either.
