Head resistance question.

First things first. I'm a total noob, but a very quick study. I'm waiting for an eGo K kit with Vivi Nova tanks to arrive in the mail. The Vivi Nova tanks come with three different resistance heads, but 2.4 ohms is the resistance laid out in the description. The other heads are 1.8 and 2.8 ohms. Can I still use these heads with the eGo K, or do I have to stick with only using 2.4 ohm heads

You can use any of them. Just start out with low voltage and slowly work your way up.

According to the specs the eGo K 900 mAh battery is fixed voltage at 4.2 volts. Can the 1.8 ohm head take that much voltage? That's my main concern.

I don't use tanks but when I used ego/kgo batteries I used either 1.7 or 2.0 cartos.

Batteries will need to be charged sooner, but I like low resistance cartos. I guess it translates to tanks.

If the coils in cartos are the same as tanks, I would assume so. I do know that you don't want to use an LR anything on something running at high voltages. I just want to make sure a 1.8 ohm coil wont literally smoke the juice at 4.2 V
