I know alot of people have told you to drink lots of water, lower mg level, vape less, and so forth.
But
When I first started vaping, I had extreme headaches. I tried everything people told me and nothing seemed to work. So if all else fails, give my opinion a try. Stick to the mg that suits you, more so what makes you feel fulfilled.

You are addicted to way more than nicotine when it comes to analogs, hundreds of chemicals could play a part. Headaches come from not having what you are addicted to in alot of addiction cases. My headaches faded slowly, as so did my cravings for analogs. When i first started, I would have an analog here and there, and the headaches would go away, then return later in the day.

So, in my case, my headaches were part of beating the addiction. Even the stress that comes with "thinking about analogs" could cause a headache. They are gone now, completely, as well as other problems I had to overcome as part of quiting. You may feel worse, but trust me you are getting better day by day, hour by hour.

What I'm trying to say is, take some headache medicine, let it ride its course. In my case it went away. Everyone's story is different, and remember this is all opinion.(what everyone else told you too, could be the culprit.) Good luck with vaping your way to a healthier lifestyle!

The suggested liquid intake for a male is ~3 liters (13 cups) and for a female, ~2.2 liters (9 cups), per day. While water is recommended, liquid intake is what's most important, whether it's tea, coffee, milk, flavored water (such as lemon water) or even soda.

Caffeine has a rather bad reputation for dehydrating you, when various studies have been conducted to show that it actually doesn't, so it is okay to drink coffee, tea etc. You're actually more likely to sooth a headache with caffeine, just don't overdo it else you'll go through withdrawal from both the chemicals you were smoking and caffeine, which isn't pleasant (I've been there).

I've always recommended drinking something with caffeine over popping pills or taking other forms of medicine (no, I'm not a doctor - I just prefer to keep my organs intact as certain types of medicine can affect your insides more than caffeine ever will).

With that out of the way, gauge your nicotine intake. If it's overly harsh, if you're getting dizzy or jittery or if your throat becomes sore, other than a reaction to PG (most common), you may be vaping a higher nicotine level than you need. I know plenty I've switched to vaping used to smoke 1-2 packs a day, yet they vape 8-12mg, which is quite a bit less than what they were getting when they smoked.

It's all about balance. Balance your fluid intake to prevent dehydration and balance your nicotine so you get what just what you need, no more, no less. I had migraines for the first 1-2 months when I stopped smoking and started vaping exclusively. I would normally drink a 32oz of sweet tea, about a gallon of water (from a jug I filled myself) and a few cups of coffee. Sticking to that, headaches are few and far between and are mainly from staring at a computer screen all day long.

Hi Bunny Killer, Started of with 18mg,then went to 6mg then back up to 12mg, I cant find out what exact ratio they all are, reading on the bottles are 2 small, but having spoken with 2 vendors most of the fluids are 80/20 pg/vg.I am online now trying to get a bottle of vg,would be great if it worked for me with the vg, glad to hear your wife got her headaches sorted out.The headache you describe is exactly the same as what i have, frontal pain.
