Headaches Ugh

I started vaping about 5 days ago. I have a Ego, and am direct dripping 12-18 mg nic juice. After chain vaping the first day for about 3 hours I got a massive headache. Since then if I take more than a very slight puff more than once or twice in a 2-3 hour period I get a headache.

Working on the assumption that the nic level is too high, I order 0 nic juice of the same flavors to cut the juice I already have.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

BTW I have read the signs for nic od in the new member forum sticky.

Yeah I had a constant headache for the first 20 days. I still have one, but it has reduced a bit now. I am on about 23 days now and still have trouble sleeping also. I am getting about 2 or 3 hours sleep a night

Are headaches possible by not getting enough nicotine that your body is used too? I've been vaping for 8 days and thankfully have not experienced any headaches.

Oh, really unfortunate! I also feel uncomfortable when to quit and would like to one, but I kept going.

Try drinking more water your kidneys is how nic leaves the body, if i vape alot I pee alot even if I haven't drank alot. I have never drank so much water in my life. I had a headache also when I wasnt drinking enough.

Me either........I didnt get it.

But I did get drink more water.........gotcha will try it.

oddly enough I am in the desert.....arizona and have not vaped all day and still have a headache. I am smoking analogs now. Maybe its the air quality right now which is horrible.

Oh hell.......gonna go take some tylenol and vap for a while. LOL

I usually suffer from migraines, since I started vaping I get an occasional headache but haven't had 1 migraine funnily enough.

I had a headache for about the first 2 weeks. I thought it was just the pain of missing my cigs. It's gone now and I don't miss them any more. For sure drink lots of water, vaping can be very drying.

I usually suffer from migraines, since I started vaping I get an occasional headache but haven't had 1 migraine.

I've been known to suffer from migraines but have had fewer since I started vaping.
I did have a headache off and on when I first started but not the migraine variety. I found out I got them when I vaped mainly PG. If I use 70% VG & 30% PG (or less because of flavoring), I don't get them.
