Another thing that helped me was using juice with less pg. I ordered some sample packs from copper creek that were 60/40 vg/pg at 12 mg and they really helped the transition.

Thanks. I'm using 50/50. No headache yesterday or today. I only smoked two analogs yesterday (well, one and a half actually because after three drags on the second one, I tossed it) and haven't had any today. Considering I smoked a pack four days ago before starting with my PV, that's a blooming miracle.

I was worried yesterday because I had a three hour drive. I always smoke more on long drives, mostly because of boredom. So I loaded my PV with a mix of 6 and 12 so I could hit it more often without nic overload and it worked! No headache, no analogs, no stink in my car, and drove through a rain storm with the windows up vaping away. Bonus--I had my two dogs with me and normally the smell of doggie breath, farts, and wet fur makes me want to retch, but the wonderful smell of ejuice filled the car. Also nice to be able to just set your PV down when you need your hands for something else without worrying about starting a fire or wasting a ciggie.

Thanks to everyone for your wonderful advice! It's very much appreciated.

Headache will come and go naturally. When you start vaping its mostly caused by the high nic level. Also dehadration. Drink plenty of water. Try 100% PV and 100% VG juice and measure your good feeling after them. You will quickly find out which one works better and will help to create a perfect VG/PG ratio for future juices.
