Phones and internet still down today. All of our external systems (website, email, support) are still working so I'm not sure what the order confirmation issue is.

Mark sir hope you all can figure out what is soon. Possibly have something to do with using your droids network instead of your normal one... Lots of possibilities.

Also had a "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: orders@vapor4life.com". Got this on my hotmail account, so it's not only AOL users getting this.

it's most likely due to them having to use Droid phones that are being sent through a different ISP. since they are sending out lots of emails for order conf. etc the ISP has it set up to say if an account sends x amount of emails out in x amount of time, flag it as a spammer account.

I got an email my order was shipped Ches. This morning

The order I placed early yesterday afternoon still says processing and the support ticket I opened early this morning for a problem with my last order hasn't been answered yet.

A local paper just reported that 90,000 customers in the NE Illinois area are still without power from the storms that blew through. ComEd hopes to have them all back online by tomorrow, so hopefully V4L will be back up to speed within the next 24 hours.
