Health cabin no more

I bought some products in the Health Cabin in December/2010 and so far not received. Products have been paid by paypal, no longer as clear, I've written e-mails, but the latter were not answered. The only information is that the products were shipped on 21/12/2010, tracking the mail is stopped since then as in transit to Brazil. I do not know what else to do, anyone have any suggestions?​

I'm wondering why your emails have not been answered. You should always have recourse thru paypal. If it becomes needed, you can file a claim and paypal will to to make contact with them. If they don't answer paypal, it's an automatic "win" for you.

Good luck. You certainly have waited long enough. 3 months is crazy.

i am very sorry for your order. we have serious problems sending orders to Brazil since last Dec. so we have to stop sending orders there.

we did refund the full payment of your order on March 14 to your paypal account. perhaps it need some time for you to see it back on your account.

Ok I realy want to take advantage of the lr 901 deal but never ordered from here and don't know anyone who has. So I wanted to skim the pages to see if any shipping issues were around and I found this. Now I don't live in Brazil but good old USA has anyone ordered from here in the Ct or Nyc area ? Just wondering how shipping is or if they had any issues .

im not from your area but rather Iowa, usa .... Have ordered MANY MANY times and never had a problem getting my stuff at all. I have used both Airmail and EMS. I do prefer EMS just because I can't wait long enough for airmail but I do use it on occasion for stuff I don't NEED right away. I think the last report for Airmail that I saw it was taking just about 3-4 weeks to get to USA. EMS normally takes 7-9 days for me. So really no problems with either shipping method but now you have to ask your self would I rather wait 9 days or 4 weeks to get my stuff?

Right now the airmail is pretty fast so EMS is only a little bit faster. If you really need it within 9-12 days use EMS if you're fine with 3 weeks use airmail and you might get it faster than that.

honestly thank you that was so well put. Now although I am needing my stuff sooner then that I know to watch for deal's and pick up stuff I don't need as bad... the shipping is somthing that stopp's me from ordering from a few place's, The way I get paid kind of puts stress on my stock before I can order again.
