You have already resent my friend’s missing order I wrote about, thanks for that. The order number was 28543 so you can check it.
I mentioned his case in this forum because I wanted to indicate that there is something strange has been happening compared to the previous orders. In one of your comment you say that normally china airmail works very well from Feb to Sep.
So in the worst season, in January and also in February my orders needed 5 days to get to Hungary from the date of departure from outward office of exchane, and 24 days all together from the date of orders to get to the local post office.
I had no idea before about Hungarian tracking possibility so I’ve checked it.

It says nothing about my order that I placed on 15.03.2011 and did departure from outward office of exchange on 22.03.2011. You can check it. The order number is 30514.
And here are my friend’s orders details:
21.02.2011 28543 (reshipped)
05.03.2011 29558 (arrived at Hungary on 06.04.2011.)
08.03.2011 29837 (no sign)
30.03.2011 32019 (no sign yet)
And to top it all liquids have been out of stock in ecigshops in Hungary for weeks.
We both love your liquids and don’t want to lose HC as a supplier. Your products are super, your liquids are delicious, doesn’t use up the atomizer coil, you have great prices and excellent customer service.
Do you have any idea about the cause of the delay?
