I therefore assume that the nicotine research going on now proving that some nicotine therapies are good for preventing some conditions like short term memory loss associated with Alzheimers, the prevention of Parkinson's disease, the help to ADHD sufferers in focusing their attention. therapies for schizophrenia et al are not being read in Canada.

Vaccinating people against nicotine puts the percentage of the population who might benefit from nicotine therapy out in the cold, so to speak.

I don't think you understand. It is OK if materials are sold by pharma but not if they are consumer products. Coffee is next: you don't need it because pharma can sell you caffeine pills.
