Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and hoping you can put my mind at rest. I stopped smoking cigarettes around 7 months ago and have been vaping with vg juice since with no problems. I then made the mistake of buying some cheap atomisers off the internet, out of a pack of 5, 2 were ok but the others had a plastic taste which got worse. I kept swapping around with them until I could get to the shop and buy some of the ones I had been using, but after suffering the plastic taste for 3 days, I now have a heavy feeling in my chest, and very time I cough I get a metallic/plastic taste in my throat, I also feel as if I can't breathe deeply. I have now managed to get some units from my previous supplier which are fine. Do you think the symptoms will go away now I've stopped using the defective ones, I'm worried it's caused some damage!

Not too many folks out there that can handle 100% VG all the time without that heavy chest feeling.
I have been ok with it but I do mix a bit of pg in with it now, tend to mix up different strengths as well, I've only had a problem since the Internet atomisers
If it doesn't go away, maybe a checkup is in order. Agree with Daleron regarding VG...Good luck and keep us posted...
thanks guys, cough is much better, think it was just a coincidence and I had a chest infection, panic over!
