Besides a handful suppliers in the US, I've been ordering from Healthcabin since about four weeks after I started vaping well over a year ago. I remember being worried about customs seizing my packages (I've never ordered e-liquids or anything containing e-liquid due to this from healthcabin) and chinese products being made cheaply.
To this date Healthcabin is a shining star in my book! I usually choose the cheapest delivery method ... the slowest. I have received every one of my packages within less than 2 weeks. I've never received any DOA or damaged items: Every individual item that isn't already boxed on its own is plastic bagged and the entire order is foam/bubble-wrapped. The products I've ordered are the products I received: Good quality.
There's one single downside to Healthcabin
: Their selection is huge and I have a really tough time sticking to my shipping list (I usually end up ordering more than planned).
