I have been running from forum to forum to find out companies that ship using faster shipping methods like Fedex or DHL and also needed help with ecigarette products. I asked HealthCabin guys lots of questions here: Priority shipping to India
All of my questions were answered and few that were not, were out of their bound to answer those technical questions. So i placed an order at HealthCabin on Friday (Jan 18th). But I'm living in a remote area where even DHL does not deliver. So HC support wrote to me informing the problem with the order. I called up DHL and they said that the products could be delivered to the nearest office and when the product arrives, I could collect it from the DHL office. HealthCabin support worked with me to make sure all details were taken and arrangements were made. The order was shipped on Jan 21st, Monday.
I have the product in front of my. Its just 1 hour and 30 mins, and I just got an email from Healthcabin. They asked the DHL website shows the product has been delivered. They asked me if I have received the product.
Guys, this is height of awesomeness! No company has gone this far to ensure that customer receives the product. LOVE YOU GUYS!!
The packaging was very slick and there's no way the product could get damaged while shipping. Very good packaging. Got my Dekang juice, cartomizers, replacement coil atomizers, everything just superb! Fabulous guys, I'm your customer for years to come!
I just wanted to write this down somewhere and appreciate the good things they are doing to ensure customer satisfaction. This was beyond my expectations and I'm just amazed with your help and care.
