heard my first e-cig radio commercial today

I was on the way home from work and as i was taking a vape on my eGo, heard a commercial about the american blue tip cigarettes. Just for kicks and giggles, I decided to look it up online. Its one of those risk free trial deals, and it looks like a BLU without the PCC and extra carts. one battery, 2 carts, a USB charger in a "flapper pack". no mention of flavors.

The website looks very generic, which I assume would be an indication of the product, but I think its neat that they're being advertised on the radio.

so, thoughts and criticisms?

I'm surprised they can get away with it when big tobacco can't. How long before the FDA tries to convince the FCC not to allow this to continue?

My dad is a truck driver and listens to AM radio all night while he's working. He says he is always hearing e-cig commercials. I can't remember the company but it isn't the same one you heard.
