I know a few weeks ago I got on and said not to order from madvapes. Was a bad mistake on my part. It was not there fault my order got shipped to new jersey. I just spoke before I understood what was going on and was angry. They bent over backwards even after I posted bad things to make sure I did eventually get my order. Just hope you all accept my apology because this forum did get me to quit smoking. Thanks for listening

This place is a community. This isn't the Better Business Bureau where they will get back to you in 5-10 business days, feedback has an almost instantaneous effect. Suppliers live and die by their reputations here and word of mouth by their customers. I have had a few mix ups with a few orders from different vendors and they have always bent over backwards to solve it as fast as possible. Remember that you are not totally anonymous here, comments also reflects on the poster too.

I'm glad your problem was resolved and you were willing to apologize.
