"I have heard of a few people getting heartburn upon quitting.
The symptoms should go away in a few weeks, if not you really should see a doctor.
Exercise, relaxation methods, yoga, prayer, and meditation are all good things to try to reduce stress. I would hope the indigestion would go away in a few more weeks or month. If not, a check up is called for."

I also had the same symptoms for a while. They've eased up.

Personally, I've noticed I get heartburn from analogs, especially if I smoke a few too many in a day. What I've found, both in analogs and vaping, the mucus that builds up in your mouth and throat (body's natural reaction to soothe a dry spot) eventually gets swallowed. Because it's mixed with something the stomach isn't used to, or simply doesn't like, the stomach is going to produce more acid than usual to try to digest this thick, gooey mess.

I always have a couple Tums on hand, just in case. You should also increase your intake of water. Just drinking something might seem appropriate, but water is going to dilute stomach acids, and not cause the stomach to try to digest something. Hope that helps.

I get heartburn from all of it, really, to be honest. I get it normally from food, too, though, so I think I'm just sensitive to heartburn in general. My usual Pepcid Complete kills it, though.

Pepcid complete REALLY gets the job done. They are always sold out of it in every pharmacy in this town every time I go. WTF.
