Okay, so I'm a fairly new HHVer. I enlisted in the heavenly army a few weeks ago.
I vape Gandalf as an all day vape and since my first inhale of some STEEPED Gandalf knew what vendor I'd like to have with me on a deserted island.

1. GANDALF: Of course I am obligated to start with the most talked about of Heathers tobacco line..Gandalf is an extracted pipe tobacco and I personally believe it derserves a more in depth description on the HHV website. Calling it JUST an extracted pipe tobacco doesn't do it justice. On to my description, it is a strong but earthy vape. Fresh out of the mailbox Gandalf isn't Gandalf the white yet. It has a very strong tootsie roll flavor and scent that completely disappears after two weeks of aging/steeping. Once steeped Gandalf has a very earthy tobacco base with a delicious and natural tasting cherry note on the exhale. I find myself slowly exhaling through my nose to indulge in that cherry note. It has a dry throat hit that feels like a Marlboro red. The flavor and throat hit are far from nonexistant but are suttle and earthy enough to be an all day vape for most vapers. And to think I used to be a menthol smoker and I don't like cherries. Gandalf is magical..

2. HUNTSMAN: Huntsman is a no B.S. extracted pipe tobacco. No special fruit notes, no caramel or maple. I unlike most vapers can appreciate a simple tobacco vape that ACTUALLY is simply tobacco. It is dry and earthy, has a great throat hit that feels like a pipe tobacco throat hit and has a subtle bitterness to it. It sweetens up a bit after two weeks of steeping. Almost like a slightly sweeter tea leaf. I presume the bitterness to be a result of the tobacco extraction. Definitely an all day vape for tobacco lovers.

3. Dark Horse: Dark Horse is an extracted tobacco with both pipe and cigarette qualities as HHV describes it. It has a tart bitterness much like Hunstman. It however is the most cigarette like vape of the three. Definitely worthy of an all day vape. It would go nicely after a meal or with a glass of wine or a beer. It's slightly spicy, very earthy, it almost has a black honey taste to it, and it packs an amazing.TH. I am vaping a 6mil sample of this right now and am definitely seeing me cheating on Gandalf a little bit with this in the future. It's absolutely fantastic. I have heard many people relate this to a Marlboro light. I personally can't speak on that a lot because I hated Marlboro lights as a smoker and was a Newport and Camel smoker. But I can say this juice will satisfy any new vaper who's used to full flavors. It's a plain tobacco that you can never get tired of but not plain like a cigarette. It's like a very rich, high quality cigarette..

Thanks for reading everyone. This was my first review so sorry if I babbled for ages..

HAPPY vaping!

You didn't babble at all! I think you did a great job. Some reviews are so short you have not idea what's in the liquid or the experience. Others go on to describe their superhero tastebuds as if they were bitten by some radioactive european food critic. If you like HHV, you may want to check out the natural tobacco thread on general eliquid discussion.

Thanks. Yeah. I am one of much detail. I despise one liner reviews. I like to know everything about a juice or piece of hardware before I buy it. Juices I'm even more obsessively compulsive about.

And I've been meaning to snoop around that thread. I tasted a turkish tobacco a friend had from sincity vapes I believe a few months ago I can't find that flavor for the life of me. I'm thinking I could find some natural extract that's similar. I LOVE Turkish tobacco.

Being descriptive, as you were in your reviews, definitely does not qualify as babbling. The fact that you mentioned the tootsie roll-ness in Gandalf definitely validates your review for me. Very helpful, thank you. Now I want to try Huntsmen.

I actually got that same flavor in 4/5 flavors I've tried from HHV: Gandalf, Pirate's Booty, Dragon's Fire, and Shadowfax. In fact they all kind of taste the same to me.

Definitely not hating on HHV though, they have one of my favorite all-time flavors, Heavenly Tobacco.

Keep 'em coming Seth, I'd definitely take any of your reviews into consideration.

Thanks so much. I have some dragon's fire and black and blue coming in soon. I'll be back with a review of the two sometime after christmas so they can steep. I tried the dragons fire in a friend's 510 pen style mini and with it being on such a weak device the flavor was nonexistent. I'll see how it does in a nova on 4.2 volts.

Did you let them steep for atleast 2 weeks? I notice with all of heathers tobacco juices they smell and taste exactly the same to me any earlier than two weeks.

After that a complex blend evolves in every single one.

Gandalf and Shadowfax however are very similar hence it being named after his horse.
Shadowfax is apparently an identical mix just much lighter.
