Heathers ordering oddity.

So i ordered from Heathers on the 14th of this month, and received a "404 error page not found" when trying to check out. Okay, websites have problems, I'll wait. Order again on the 16th, all is well, receive my order yesterday for two 30ml bottles and two sample packs. Then, receive the order i had placed on the 14th today. Uhh......? Not that I'm RIDICULOUSLY strapped for cash, but i just lost my job today and my girlfriend isn't too pleased about this ordering mishap. What's going on?

Sorry you lost your job, I know how tough that can be. Do as the Monkey suggested, contact them, explain, and ask if you can send them back. They are pretty cool folks over there!

If you've got too much now (like it'd be possible to have too much), there's always the classifieds. Off the top of my head I can think of at least one person who'd probably be willing to help you recoup what you paid for them.

as far as the 404 page goes, remember that regardless of what page you get directed to, almost 100% of the time the order goes through, so if you get that 404 page anyplace else, dont re do it and dont back up out of it or refresh, cause it will more than likely go through again.

I would do like the other suggest and just call them and ask for a refund, I dont know anything about them but Ive heard good things about them

Honestly, i didn't even want to bother them with something that's not that big of a deal to me. I'm glad to have a little extra, especially considering how long it takes to get to my door from Heathers after i order anyway. Plus i already found another job today. I just thought it was kind of odd. But with technology, you never know i guess
