Post Office lost my HHV package!

I don't think all hope is lost. The same thing happened with a juice order from T.W. in my early vaping days. Usps is very lazy sometimes and leaves notices because of silly reasons ranging from laziness to your mailbox being blocked.

Usually when a notice is left but really isn't it's because of a temp mailman fill in. Usually the next day your usual mailman will take care of it's delivery to you.

I ordered for the first time from Heather's Heavenly Vapes on the 12th, and was really looking forward to getting the shipment, based on what everyone's been posting about them. I had ordered 30ml each of Bleeding Heart, Dragon's Breath, Bah-In, and Heavenly Waffles, and boy, was I excited - I couldn't wait to try them! I just got a new bunch of clearomizers, and they're sitting here waiting to be filled with that "heavenly" e-juice!

So.

I got the email that my order had been shipped Priority Mail on 12/17, and have been tracking it ever since. Yesterday morning, it said "out for delivery". The mailman came & went: nothing.

Kept checking the mailbox every hour for the remainder of yesterday (in case he decided to come back) and all day today. Nothing. Finally, I checked the tracking again, even though the last status was "out for delivery", and it said it was delivered 12/21 at 2:10 pm. Then it said "notice left" at 3:45 pm! If he left a notice, he didn't leave it here. And why would you leave a notice if it was already delivered? This mailman is seriously confused. Just called the PO & explained the whole thing; someone's supposed to call me Monday.

Please forgive my venting & ranting! Just had to share my sadness (and fury). And I know it's not the end of the world (that was yesterday ), but what a letdown - and right before a holiday, of course, so it'll be dragged out even longer.

Don't feel alone. I have a package from Mt. Baker Vapor that was shipped on the 17th, and was somehow routed to Honolulu. Status has been Depart USPS Honolulu for 3 days. Then another vendor hasn't even shipped my order yet and he promised it would ship 3 days ago.

But, I would be heartbroken if my HHV was lost. That is some seriously good juice.

Sorry that that is happening to you.
Made the same expierience with a SuperT mod. I was standing at the mail box!
After calling they said it is on the truck and no one was home thats why they left a note. What note
Anyway the next day I had a stern conversation with my mailman and all is fine since.
I know for a fact that they sometimes just run through without delivering everything just in order to get the route done.

USPS workers are under unbelievable stress. Always have been and even more so at the holidays and because of budget cuts it just gets worse.

I've read that you're supposed to let it steep. And I was planning to, after sneaking a test-vape or two! Does all this delay in arrival count as steeping?

In my world, the delays in transit do count toward steep time.

Steeping is best with the caps on. Unless the vendor added too much flavor. Leaving the cap off simply lets the flavor molecules escape.

Seems there are a lot of theories out there. I don't do caps off unless there is some perfumey alcohol in it. Is there ever too much flavor? I think not.

I got it!! I just checked the tracking again, and it says it was delivered at 5:20 last evening. Which it wasn't, but whatever. Doing a little happy dance...

Hope those waiting for misdirected vapemail get theirs very soon!

Lucky!! I hope mine shows up. If I am away and they can't put it in the mailbox, if I leave a note to leave it outside the door...will they?
