For board issue of the mod itself, the encom manufacturer does not provide us enough voidray.
And the manufacturer are trying to fix the problems for months.

So our winners did not get the prizes in time. We are deeply feel sorry for it happened. We apologise for it.

And we have 2 solution for the prizes issue here for you winners:

Solution A

Today, we get news from the manufacturer that they will ship the left voidray mods to us next week.
So,winners, please just wait for just another week.

Solution B

If next week (Apirl 8, 2016), the manufacturer does not send the voidray mods to us, we will give you gift cards to make it up for you.
