have you tried it?

No. I wonder though, if it is the V1 rather than the V2. It see it comes with a battery charger and my V2's didn't have that as part of the package - just the charging cord. But perhaps Janty added that after I bought my V2. Perhaps someone that has both the JS V1 and V2 could chime in.

I also don't know what exactly the 'improvements' were from V1 to V2 in the JS.

Well, I had a V1 which was great until the switch died. I now have a V2 which is simply great - but all versions of the Stick still leak liquid imho. I'm sure that they will address this in V3.
i dunno...i must have got a good one mate.

5 months use, dripping only...and the insides always been dry as a bone, and no liquid ever leaked out at all.

Count yourself lucky! Mine has leaked since day 1. Its not a horrable amount of leakage but it is there. It doesn't bother me though, as the JS is simply awesome! Now... if only I could find a place here in the states to get some of those dang ICR10440 batteries that doesnt charge an arm and a leg or require you to buy them by the hundreds that would rock!:D

Yes, you can.

I just got this response from HG:

"Yes,you can use the USB to charge the battery. The Joye stick has built-in charging syste, which needs to get power from a USB port through the USB cable.
For the sake of safety,we don't suggest our customers using Joye stick as a USB passthrough. So in your car,you can connect the USB cable and Car 12-24V adapter for USB charger to charge your Joye stick, but not vapor"

Blimey - that's nuts! I vape all the time when my Janty Stick is plugged into my laptop's usb port - because that's what it's designed to do! WHY NOT use it as a passthrough? It IS a passthrough! My sainted aunt......:)

Hahaha, right, anyone knows the technical explanation for not being able to vape while connected to car lighter or A/C adapter?

No.

I have done this on many occasions with no problems - as a passenger only! Do this while driving at your own risk.

By thE way - it also works brilliantly when plugged into a usb battery pack. I use a Battech - but I'm pretty sure that they're no longer available.
