Has anyone bought anything from Heaven Gifts since they lost their ability to use PayPal?

No, however most of the Chinese vape retailers have no lost their paypal accounts and most of them have opened alternate accounts. If you contact them, they will tell you how to pay with paypal. This usually consist of selecting a specific "dummy" payment method which creates a pending order, then you email them with your order # and they send you a link to pay via paypal.
So email HG and asked them you are from the USA and you want to pay via paypal, if they have an alternate paypal account setup, they will tell you how to go about doing it.
