heavy vaping? too much?

To get to the point, everyone is different. If you are vaping too much nicotine, you'll get light-headed, have a headache, and probably start wheezing (like I did when I ordered too high a nic level). If you are not vaping enough nicotine, you will start going through withdrawl, which I think we are all familiar with. I have a range from high nic to zero nic liquids, and I mix and match, so maybe you might want to try that.

I also can vape at my desk at work and I find that if I slowly and steadily vape all day non-stop I don't ever go into withdrawal, and I don't find myself wanting a cigarette. If I ever wait until it's "time" to vape then it's too late and I get bothered and really want an analog, so I do my best to never get to that point.

I was using cartridges 100% up until 3 weeks ago and I went through 6-8ml per day. I switched to dripping exclusively and that number dropped in half to 3-4ml per day. Those cartridges really chew up some juice! Starting this week I'm trying out dripping on LR atties and yesterday my juice consumption was about 6ml...

You definitely will know if you have too much nicotine, as I got some 24mg juice as a free sample and vaped it just like I was vaping my my normal 12-15mg and got really dizzy and lightheaded. It was not a fun lightheaded and dizzy either!

When I decided to switch to ecigarettes, I knew I had to make a commitment or just don't do it. I received my order the 7th of October and started using it. Initially I was constantly refilling the carts and changing batteries. Like you I was a 2.5 + pack a day smoker (100s) and everything smelled like smoke! I am still vaping about 6 ml of juice a day but that depends on what strength I use and the supplier. I use less with the higher strength and thicker juice than I do with the thiner lower strength juices.
In the last 28 days, I have only smoked one pack of cigarettes and that was when my batteries died when I was away from home. So I figure I saved 1680 cigarettes at $42.00 a carton. And my house and car are not smelling like smoke now!
