If you start to feel queasy, upset stomach, headache, dizziness ... put the stick down for an hour or so. I've done it, I'm sure many others have. It's easiest to do when you're just kicking back with nothing to do and have your pv in hand.

I like to chain vape when I'm dicking around the house, but lately the 18 and 24mg stuff has just been too much. I think part of the reason is that I've become a better vaporer, and the technology is simply better. I'm consistently getting huge plumes of vapor, and not spending anywhere near the amount of time fiddling with my stuff to get it working optimally as I used to, which means more vaping. I've been using 12mg all day today and it's still almost too much nicotine. I have some plain PG coming in the mail, and some flavors, so I'm going to start cutting this stuff down drastically. If I can vape all day at a few mg or at 0 and be satiated ... well, that would just be sublime.

I vape prolly 5 ml/day. When i was at 24mg by the end of the day i'd have a headache and i could feel my heart beating a million miles a minute. A little scary. I bumped it down to 18mg and have since bumped it down to 12mg and it never happened again. Like everyone else has said, whatever works for you. Listen to your body and act accordingly and you'll be fine.

I love nic and do not want to get off it...

Wow, I am not the only one who feels that way! I was kinda embarrassed that I had finialy discovered the variable-nic cig. I was secretly SOOO happy that I had found a way to UP my nic intake while lowering the overall wear-n-tear on my body as a whole. I did not want to draw the ire of the anti-drug crowd, so I stayed silent, until I read that comment. I started at 24mg, went to 36mg, and am going to go to 48mg.

There's definitely a tendency to vape more than you smoke especially when you're transitioning from smoke to vape. We all started with cig look alikes. We wanted to simulate everything from looks, feel, taste to volume of smoke, etc. Of course, it's different. We vape and vape like crazy trying to trick ourselves into thinking it's the real thing.

Then you begin to realize you need bigger batteries to sustain the vape-chaining habit. You then give up the look and feel...

I am about a month in and I use 24mg because it gives me the throat hit that I crave from the cigs. Good news is I opened a pack of analogs almost 2 weeks ago and still have 7 left in the pack. When the pack is done, I will not open another. I chain vape, too, and have not had any issues except a slight headache every once in a while and then I put it down for a while.

Like someone said before: You can vape as much you want...

...but if you experience headaches you must STOP !!! Headaches are the first sign to a nicotine-poisoning !!! You can avoid it if you reduce the nicotine level to a lower e-juice or mix 24mg with the same one with 0mg nicotine... 50:50 Mix will reduce the nicotine to the half.

vape on!

If you are not using cigarettes that is a battle won. Vape as much as you need to keep your mind off of the smoke. If you over do it, stop and drink some water and rest until you feel better. Even an excess nic buzz is not as uncomfortable as a gaging spell after smoking. Don't worry and stay with it!
