Let me start by saying, This is my FIRST rba. I have been vaping for maybe 7-8 months and have just been moving up in the vaping world so to speak. (Just got a VAMO last week too) Anyways. A few questions...
First off, I believe, correct me if I'm wrong thing is a Phoenix v3 clone?
I received this today and tested the ohms on the coil upon opening. It registered at 3.8 (Which is higher then I've ever worked with)
I vaped it, wasn't impressed and pulled the three pieces apart to see what it was all about. I put it back on my battery and it registered at 2.8 ohm. (BIG Drop?) The only thing I can think of is when I disassembled and reassembled a wrap of the coil fell out? Again I am new I have no idea. Nevertheless vaped it on my vamo. I wasn't impressed. I see all these plumes of vapor from these rebuildables so I was unsure what the matter was. I adjusted the watts, the volts, and played with a little. No big difference.
I then threw it on my Spinner and had some different results. First off, the taste is GOOD. I like it. The throat hit was real intense (I believe I was using 4.3 volts but even at 3.8 the throat hit is killer which I infact, like) But my issues is the vapor production isn't there it's odd.
Also i dripped about 5 drops on it (unsure how many to actually put in this thing) I have no idea what I am doing, I understand these aren't for newbies, but how does a newbie learn except by buying on, playing with it, and asking questions.
So can anybody give me some pointers or tell me what i'm doing wrong or what?
Any how, all input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
(I also bought silica and kanthal which I have yet to receive) But excited to begin in the world of re-wicking and coiling

I'm a 10+W vaper for the most part.
