Hello and welcome to the Forum. You might want to take a look at the "General E-Liquid Forum." Just click on that forum and perform a search for "Black Cavendish." The search feature is located above your name on the top right of the forum page. I just checked and there are 30 pages associated with the search "Black Cavendish." Have you discovered this part of ECF yet? => Canada Forum. Read the "stickies" pinned at the top of the Canada Forum if you would like to get a list of ECF's Canadian Suppliers sent to you.

Generally, EFC doesn't publicly list Canadian suppliers due to the existing climate against e-cigs, especially if they also carry e-liquids.
