Yay! I feel like less of an abandoned stepchild already!
It's true a lot of people have been very unhappy, but probably more are only at the worried and skeptical level. Keep things moving forward, hopefully faster than they have been, and we'll all get happier. Over 20 years of smoking and I only had 3 brands. Brand loyalty is something very familiar to former smokers. Keep us happy and we'll keep you happy!

Being in the business of selling this type of product may be more demanding than other types of merchandise from a customer service standpoint. After all, keep in mind that your customers are a bunch of addicts who stalk the mailman and someone may get hurt if the package from Bloog doesn't show up in the mailbox when expected.
