a couple quick questions to anyone. a 30ml bottle is roughly equivalent to how many cigs? how long does a typical cartomizer last?

Morning dynasty! Most people vape about 1-3ml a day. The first being a light vaper the last a heavy vaper. Some people who use a high voltage device can vape up to 5ml a day.

so what type of vaporizer do you use?

i think ill stick with the cartomizers for now until im sure im gonna stick with it, but its always good to know what the next step up in the vaping so i can do better research for my next set

Here is another good thread for you to read on cartomizers!
I have used the Kr808d-1 from Vapor4Life, the Joye510 basic kit, The precise by SuperTManufacturing, the JuiceBox by Carlos, 901 basic setup, a boxmod or two, my 2 go to pv's are the Chameleon by ikenvape(allows the use of 901/801/510 atties and cartomizers) and a joye ego. I use cartomizers when necessary, but prefer to drip on a 510 atomizer.
All in all it boils down to:
Atomizer/Cartomizer preference and Battery power.
There are a few extremely knowledgeable members here that have proven the different Ohms that the atties and cartos are being made with and the life span of them and how they work with different pv's and the battery powering them. It is a lot to take in and takes many hours of reading.
Keep what you have or send it back immediately and do more reading about all the different set-ups. I say to keep your first purchase and find out what you do and do not like about it and gather info in the mean time. You may find out that you can purchase adapters that may allow you to use your existing battery with an atomizer.
madvapes and goodprophets sell adapters, you could e-mail them about the pv you have and see if they have an adapter that might work on your battery so you could try a 901 atomizer, 801 atomizer or a 510 atomizer/cartomizer.
I wish it were more simple.

well from what i read i can get the carts and liquid from v4l and it will work with my battery. so that will save me money there, what ill probably end up doing is getting empty carts and liquid and then getting the usb passthrough since i always have a usb port with me, and then just use the batteries for when i go out (which i never do being married with 3 kids lol)

Hey Dynasty!
Did your SmokeTip arrive yet? If not, you should definately have it tomorrow. I use the cartomizers from SmokeTip and V4L (Marlboro flavored and some sweet flavors too) ... I don't refill, really don't have the time for that, and I also don't want any juice in the apartment that my lil pets may stumble upon accidentally. Whatever you need help with, just ask ... would be glad to offer ya any help with the brand. And I hope you love it as much as I do!
