In time you'll never look back because quite frankly, vaping is a more efficient way to deliver nicotine, and soon your body will get used to it. Alot of things go into a cigarette that are designed to shoot that nicotine straight past the bbb (blood brain barrier) into the brain at internet-like speeds. But as you adjust your puffing and inhaling technique you'll find what you need to feed those nicotine genes without costing your life or those around you.

3 parts to success, as ol' RedhatPat see's it folks.

Find the best juice.
Find the best delivery device.
Find the bet battery.

Then you'll have the keys to the castle. Maybe even step down your nic over time, but let's not get ahead of ourselves. Over 8 months and I can't go under 1.8 without nic fits. Just ask my woman. But atleast now I smell like a Yankeecandle.

Hello and welcome! I wanted to stop smoking but everything failed, well I failed with everything else lol. This has been a huge success in my book! I have 44 days behind me and don't see me going back at all. I feel way better than I did when smoking and I notice improvements almost everyday.
So don't fight it, go with it. :D
