Hello all
I've recently got myself a sub tank and I'm running it on a aspire subohm battery but it's killing all my fav juices is there anything I can do to stop this. I got this setup as I wanted the same taste as my protank but with a greater vapour production was I wrong to get the sub tank I'm starting to think I was

Many thanks for your help
Luke

Thanks for the quick replies chaps

I've primed the coil as directed

It's hard to explain it's not burning the juice or making it harsh it's just changing the flavours completely

I'm currently vaping vampire vapes Heisenberg and pinkman in my pro tank and can get enuf of them but they taste terrible in the sub tank as far as I'm aware there a 50/50 mix and the nic is 6mg

Thanks

This is my own personal observation and may not agree with others, but.......

My favorite flavors changed some going to the Atlantis or ST, some better and some less so. Overall, flavor may not be the same, but that is offset by the flavors I had not particularly cared for before being quite good in one of those tanks. So I still use my Aerotank mega or even a T3D if a flavor came up short in a sub and am enjoying other great flavors in a sub. I figure I have the best of both worlds now.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it! :vapor:

Edit: Ooops, forgot! Welcome to ECF, Luke!

Ok what if its the juice, I have a couple of flavors that do not like the higher heat of the sub ohm or low ohm coils. For example I rebuilt one of my old protank 1 head with organic cotton and three wraps of 28ga wire, reads about 1.1 ohm. I put some gotvapes bannanas foster in that tank, tasted terrible, switched the flavor for a different flavor and it tasted fantastic. Also same situation rebuilt kanger 1.2ohm and I put a cherry juice in it, tasted bad at first, let it wick and hit it on and off for a little bit and for lack of a better phrase it "Broke in" and that flavor tasted great after that, still does.
Don't know if that helps

I have an Atlantis sub-ohm using the CF Mod, and my flavors all taste great! If your using an Atlantis you have to make sure that the weep holes for the juice are completely unblocked by the fins on the tank when you screw it together. Other than that one issue, I've only tasted better flavor production from a dripper. My kanger aero didn't even come close with a brand new coil.

Welcome to the jungle, because the sub ohm vapourizes about twice the liquid at about twice the heat I had to thin down my juices with plain pg by 50%. It was a cheap fix plus I ended up with twice as much liquid.

Try a small amount first to see what percentage works best for you, and the flavours you're vaping.

Cheers.
