did you ever decide if you were going to offer gold plating services? got couple brass items i was thinking of getting plated. thanks!

Well, you've only got one option at this point. I can plate right directly to the brass and it will look "OK", but to really get gold plating right, it needs to be nickel plated first, then gold plated from there. I do not have the kit yet to nickel plate, but do have the gold plating solution. I won't be getting the nickel kit until march when I get my taxes.

I got the gold solution so that I could plate stainless screws for superior conductivity.

I have a Titanide Themis 14 I am wanting to get the switch and 510 connection gold plated I think. Depending on the costs involved.

From what I've been able to determine online the only way to gold plate titanium is with sputtering. or vapor deposition which is incredibly expensive.
