- The briar and cumaru wood are polished and coated with carnauba wax. The ebony wood is thoroughly polished (we do not use any special coating). The rest kinds of wood are stabilized by colored acrylic resin. It's safe for health.
- Please note that the horn have natural dark blotches.
- Сopper, bronze and brass don't have contact with the vapor, for healthy reason.
- Acrylic medical (that used in orthodontics), homemade. That is, we mix ingredients, add dyes (based on the same acrylic) and obtain the material of unusual colors. Acrylic is common material for driptips because it is sufficiently durable, well polished and safe for health. It no worse than the ebonite and has an advantage: it can be not only black color))
- The stabilized wenge wood is sanded and polished to give it a wavy texture very pleasant to touch and to reinforce the pattern of growth rings.
- Kingwood is a rare and valuable species of rosewood, restricted to a small area in Brazil. The wood is very dense and hard and can be brought to a spectacular finish. The polished wood shines in different colors from purple to yellow. It is often used to embed.
- Polymer clay is a type of hardenable modeling clay based on the polymer polyvinyl chloride (PVC). For health safety reason, in our drip tips this material is completely covered with a layer of clear acrylic and has no contact with the external environment.
