WoW!! Your work is stunning!! :D

I used to work (in the office) at a shop that did anodizing of mainly race car and airplane parts, but nothing like that!!

Thanks! If they anodize, they have the ability to do this, just no call for it apparently. It's not exactly something that most anodizers do. Mostly things get anodized because they need to be protected not look pretty. That's just a side effect! :)

This meager sampling is just a small example of what I can really do. I can make ya a multiple colored candy striped barrel if you really wanna pay for the time! I can dye logo's onto the anodized parts as well as long as they aren't too detailed.

Here is my test on doing a radioactive symbol and a laser warning onto some parts.

This next example isn't my work, but it's an incredibly beautiful example of what CAN be done with anodizing.

it should hold up pretty well.. I've got a ton of aluminum anodized drip tips that I've used for years and haven't seen any changes in teh surface at all.

I do have the Gold dye, so I can get ya taken care of. Cost for anodizing a drip tip is $5, so it will be pretty close to that. It also depends on how much needs to be done to the surface to prepare it. If I have to polish it up a lot ot get it glossy gold, then there's a little more cost involved.

Do you do plating? I was thinking a black (or deep blue) Don with nickel hardware at the ends.

I don't I'm sorry. I can get you in touch with some folks that do plating, but I you can't dye plating either. So, not quite sure what to tell ya. What is it that your looking at getting done?

The top cap and the metal inside the tank itself (including the little ring that you see in between the tank cover and the battery tube) is stainless steel and can't be anodized. Everything else can, the battery tubes, tank covers, and almost the whole switch, excluding the thin inside portion of the bottom button that will need to be masked off so it still makes a connection.

I can anodize The Ihybrid easily. There are also a lot of other mods that are aluminum that I can anodize as well. The key is aluminum. If it's aluminum, I can anodize it and make it perty! :)

Im thinking a black and white anodize. can you put a clear coat over it so its harder to get scratches?
