There might be a slight difference in taste, but depending on the flavor, it might not make a huge difference. Why does it matter, you said your nic was 100% VG? So, is your nic actually 50-50? PG is a flavor carrier which means it intensifies the flavor. Whether it would be noticeable to your tastebuds or not, I can't say.
With that said, I really hope you pour whatever nic you have in there and just try vaping it. If it's still ridiculously strong, there are easy ways to fix that-- for example, purchasing unflavored juice with your preferred nic amount (3.6 was it?) and just adding the nicotine to the flavor until you get it where you like it.
This would be the EASIEST way to dilute your flavor-- no worries about math, if you just buy say, 30 mg of 3.6 unflavored nic in your favored PG/VG ratio and add it say, 5 ml at a time.
Relax.
