Hello, first post here. I've been vaping for a month, just received a mr puffer with shifting led, and am waiting on another. This thing rocks! Worked like a charm for about a week, but now my button is not working properly. It requires that i push it very hard and straight down, any slight angle and it doesn't fire. It also will appear to be working, but atty not firing and led is faintly lit. And lastly sometimes after getting a good pull and releasing button, the led doesn't come back on. I know this happens when battery is dead, but this happens randomly. Any fix would be greatly appreciated as i can't go back to cartos on my 510, I just can't. Thanks

Just PM MrPuff. He's got top notch customer service and will fix it for ya. I had the same problem and he got ahold of me and offered to fix it. A+ service.

I had the same issue recently with one of mine, PM'd him, and he responded right away, assuring me that he could fix it up no problem. I should be getting mine back any day now! Mr. Puff will make it right.

What they said. Mr Puff will take care of it

OK, I think I figured out my problem. Yesterday i realized the nut that screws onto the button was a little loose, so i tightened it down. My button problems started shortly thereafter. So in the interest of not being without my puffer I decided to tinker. All I did was loosen that nut again and tighten it by hand, so far so good. Button works just like before. If anyone else has this problem, I would try this and see if it helps.

EDIT: This is not the problem, though I would still advise against tightening the nut too much. Definitely something wrong with the switch, I've rigged a way to make it work, but it needs to be replaced. Since I have another mr puffer on the way, I want to fix this one myself. Can someone point me to a switch/button that would work, but maybe doesn't protrude as much as the stock button?

Those look like the $0.99, 2A switches from madvapes that I quit using because of frequent failures. I'm using this one from madvapes now C&K Components 3A Black Pushbutton switch with much better results. (should be better since they cost 6 1/2 times as much) and they fit the same size hole.
