I soak the atty in isopropyl alcohol and swoosh it around every once in a while (the little cup containing the coil can get a sort of jelly it it which I believe the alcohol helps disolve), then blow it out real good and let it sit for a day to dry out. Then load it up and give the wick a few minutes to swell.
When having trouble getting a good draw (burnt taste, not enough vapour), I'll carefully (not too far, now) slide a needle down one of the 3 grooves in the piercing tube to allow
juice to flow a bit more freely.
