Hi!
I'm new to this forum and vaping in general. XD

I purchased a starter kit and went with ' kanger mini protank 2 kit ' ( Kanger Mini Protank 2 Starter Kit -VV ) which consists of:

2x kanger mini protank 2
2x 650mah evod vv
4x kanger protank coil ( 2.5 ohm )
1x usb charger
1x usb wall adapter

juice wise... I ordered:

GLV melon boba: Melon Boba - Good Life Vapor
GLV pink cupcake: Pink Cupcakes - Good Life Vapor
NT custard's last stand: http://www.nicoticket.com/custards-last-stand/
NT creme brûlée: http://www.nicoticket.com/creme-brulee/
VCV chocolate pudding: Velvet Cloud Vapor - Organic and Natural All VG E-Liquid from San Francisco
VCV mewlew's magic: http://www.velvetcloudvapor.com/collections/e-liquid-blends/products/mewlews-magic

Any recommendation for sweet or fruit-y type of juice?

Thank you. :3

Welcome to ecf Miss Roxy. Glad to have you.
Sounds like you are off and running just fine.

Most vendors have a fruit-y type ejuice. Mount Baker vapor is good and has a lot of different type of flavors.

Thank you for the link. ^_^

What have you tried from that website? and which do you recommend? :)

Thank you for the welcome! and it sure does. :3 I hope I'll like most, if not all of them. ^_^

Welcome to ECF. Sounds like you have a good starting setup. You may want to get a backup charger and wall adapter just in case you have a problem with the one in the kit. Looks like a pretty good selection of liquids too. Mt. Baker Vapor is a good inexpensive place to try out different flavors. I really like the fruit creams, teas and tobaccos at Ahlusion. I have found their fruit creams to be excellent.

Keep reading and asking questions. Lots to learn here and help is close by when you need it.

Ah ~ thank you for the advice! I'll buy extra charger & wall adapter soon.

I really like Roar Vapor "Strapple" and Vaporgod "Strawberry Kiwi" however vapingxtreme "Apple Martini" is by far the best one I have tried

Oh and that ain't a bad "introductory" setup you go there...nice!!

Thank you for the link(s)! I'll keep those on my watch list. :p

Muwahahaha... and you thought purses and shoes were fun! You're going to love vaping... sorry didnt mean to come off sexist. It turns into an addiction collecting gear. You've been warned...Welcome!

Peace
J

LOL! thank you for the welcome. :)

Your setup looks great for a beginner. Looks like you've done some homework. One thing to be aware of in plastic tanks is citrus-based flavors, as you run the risk of cracking them. Good luck!

Ah yes I'm aware of that. Isn't the mini protank 2 glass though?

By the way, I have a question regarding the coil head. The kit came with 4x 2.5ohm. Should I stick with that specific # for future replacement coil? or get 2.2/1.8?

I'm not sure what the difference are between those #'s.

Since your eGo's are unregulated and not the twist type...I would go with the 1.8Ω - 2.2Ω (2.0Ω) being optimum for the best vape...also, us here suggest backups for your backups of your backups ;)

Welcome to ECF!!
Noticed you've ordered NT's Custard's Last Stand and Creme Brulee...I just placed my order for these same two yesterday!!
CLS, IMHO, has few equals......and IIRC....NT makes their own vanilla base....may be a bit of a wait (they're not a large operation....) but I guarantee you .......the wait WILL be worth it!!
I'm anxious to try the Creme Brulee....others have raved about it, though!!
As others have stated....you've got a very good starter setup!!! And a fine selection of juices to get you going!!:D
Best of Luck!
Happy (vaping) Trails!

Thank you for the link ~ but I believe the kit comes with 2x evod vv, which is a twist type, lol.
DOH! Sure nuff! Most say put on the head, crank volts all the way down, then turn up till you hit your perfect vape, I personally rock a Vamo V3 and set it for 6.5watts and it hits the same no matter what head I put on it

2.5Ω is right up the middle and with VV you should have NO problems!

Duh..you put a link
Kanger Mini Protank 2 Starter Kit -VV

haha

Oh...this might help to...its a ohms law/power graph...if you ever wanted to get into the "technicals" of vaping

Most people aim for 6-7 watts...your tastebuds will be the deciding factor

Welcome Roxy! Yup you dont need to worry about any cracking, you have pyrex glass with the kanger tanks.

Ohms is just your resistance, so depending on how you like your vape; warm? cold? lower resistance will give you a warmer vapor, while higher resistances would give you a cooler vapor. Also depends on what wattage you vape at, with a VV you could achieve both.

Welcome to ECF! Yes the Protank line is glass so you don't have to worry about those juices that tend to crack tanks. About those heads, I would recommend using the 1.8 ohm heads, that's what I use on all of my Kanger clearomizers.

There is a lot of information here and help is always available so don't hesitate to ask questions.

That is an excellent starter setup. In fact, many people would happily stick with that forever, adding only more batteries and tanks along the way. :thumb:

Mt Baker has reasonable prices and the juice is extremely customizable. Different PG/VG ratio? Choose your own. Extra flavor shots? No problem. Build your own flavor? Yep, you can do that, with up to five flavors in the mix. :)

I would go with the 1.8Ω - 2.2Ω (2.0Ω) being optimum for the best vape.
Fortunately, the VV will make the 2.5 work just fine, but I also generally recommend 1.8-2.2 on eGo-style batteries. :)

Oh, duh. And I would go with the lower resistance heads.
