Hello all

I'm new here, so i figured I'd introduce myself

I've now been vaping for about 6 months. my first experience vaping was with a cigarette style with pre filled carto's. that lasted a month. I was a very heavy smoker and while those slowed me down they did not quite do the trick. not to mention i did not feel i was getting my moneys worth. then after allot of reading and a very tight budgeted at the time. i went with 2 EGO pass-through's using 1.8 ohm Cisco style drip tips with black Delrin drip tips. those did the trick. not ideal maybe but that's what my wallet supported at the time. used one while other is charging. one would get me trough 3/4 of my work shift. so i needed 2 of them.

if i Had to change anything from that second purchase i would go for the 1000 mah EGO batteries would have been a better choice probably. especially since i'm using low resistance drip tips.

anyway now i'm going down the road to buying a mod. I'm going to order the Saber Touch VV with high power option this time around. and will be purchasing a Odysseus iAtti 2 as soon as they are in stock again. until then I'll be dripping on 502's and may experiment with some cartomizers, one of my buddies gave me a dual-coil carto, I will try that out on the new mod when it comes in. I've tried 1 carto on my Ego and did not like it. it seemed weak. I'll experiment some more when i get the mod next week. I got a Pila charger coming in the mail, and a couple sets of AW IMR 16340"s coming as well.

I tried my buddies 5 volt pass-through and  it was an eye-opening experience :2cool:
I must have more power :vapor:

with the variable voltage (and High Power option) i should have enough power and selectivity be able to experiment with just about anything you can attach to a mod, and some not invented yet :)

This forum is great, lots of great folks and info. (Been reading allot on here as a guest last few weeks)

That's my story.

Nice to meet you all ( Ya'll )

Madvape sells a great little inexpensive variable voltage box mod with a digital voltage indicator for $43.99. Without the voltage indicator it's $34.99.
Variable Volt Box Mod w/ Voltage Indicator

It's compact and works really well. if you want to explore vv vaping on the cheap, this one goes from 0v - 6v. It's temporarily out of stock at the moment, but the wait is usually only a few days while they build more.

hey thanks Dave i've been looking at box mods too, and i'll get one of those too later for driving lol
I've seen some custom jobs with feeding systems and stuff. I will check that out.
dripping is not good while driving tractor trailer. so will be tank system, or feeding system in a box or carto...... or something
while driving

but i also want a Saber Touch :)

Thanks for the welcome Beans :) and Dearme :)

Yeah I've been saving the double carto for when my Saber comes in. i figured it would be very appointing on my EGO or possibly fry the ego lol. i got the high voltage option on the Saber with those dual coil cartos in mind, in case i like them :)

I'm very excited about the Odysseus iAtti 2 will save allot of money on atomizers by having a rebuild able one.
