hello everybody! WHAT HAPPENS IF I DONT MEASURE THE OHMS?

SO this one has been a question i have ask to myself for a long time! whats the WORSE it can happen if i dont measure the ohms of my coils???
sorry if its an obvious answer, im just new in mods, i have watched a lot of videos and i have been using my ego cig for a year, i would like to go to the next step with mods, just bough a chi you (clone) and my tugboat v2, just havent use them, im from Mexico, sorry for my english, and im asking here because i dont know someone who vapes here, thats why im asking you guys

The worst that can happen is that your battery explodes, blowing your hand off and launching your drip-tip through your face. OK, maybe that's not the worst. Someone on here had an EGO battery explode while charging and the burning bits hit her three year-old child. Or your battery explosion happens at the worst possible time and becomes the event that makes it possible to ban ecigarette use. So maybe the worst possible is all three.

If you don't measure the resistance of your coil you don't know how much current you are pulling from your battery. If you pull too much then the battery is going to fail. However that happens, it is dangerous. Most people survive with their teeth and their offspring unhurt, generally batteries don't go off like a bomb with no warning, but there may very well be a burnt patch of carpet and a lot of ill-feeling.

If you don't know how much current your coil is pulling from a fully-charged battery, and what that battery's maximum current is, then you are courting a large bill and the distrust of everyone around you at best, and serious injury at worst.
