Greetings. I am new to vaping and this forum. I have known about e cigs for years but never paid much attention to them. Recently, however, I decided to quit smoking (after 40+ years) and was looking for information and advice online when quite by accident I discovered this intriguing activity called vaping. So I did some research and, long story short, here I am. I purchased a C 4 in the blister pack based on the recommendation of several people on YouTube and so far (two days) I am not disappointed. It seems like a good, low cost, entry level e cig. So far, I'm digging it and I actually believe I can quit the cigarettes this time. I look forward to reading your posts. Peace, good will, and of course, happy vaping. - Lew

Welcome to ECF. So glad you found us. There is a lot of good information here in the various Forums. Learn about your current setup and finding several flavors of juices that you can vape.

In the early days it is sometimes a good idea to have 2 strengths of nicotine, one for regular vaping and a higher level for when you have cravings. Vape the higher level for 10 or 15 minutes to help get you through the cravings.

Here is a thread that has a lot of links to good info. Gives you a background on several important vaping topics.

Have fun with your vaping. It can be frustrating in the beginning because there is more to vaping than smoking. But you can do it and we at ECF are here to help. Ask questions, you will get answers from us.

to ecf LewAz. Nice to meet you and so glad you are here. Just a wonderful place to be. Vaping is the only thing that has ever worked for me and I still find it amazing that it was so easy to do. Continued success to you and if you have any questions or concerns, all you have to do is ask. Always some pretty wonderful people here that want to help. Have fun and make yourself at home.
