:vapor: First post. 30+ years of smoking up to 2+ pad. Been smoke free now for 5 months. vaping has given me a new lease on life. Thanks to all the information contributed in this forum that has helped me in this journey. I will say that the first week was rather difficult overcoming cravings. 18 mg NIC juice was pretty harsh and made me cough at first. Discovered that the mouth to lung inhale helped me stick it out on a pen style ego from totally wicked. Reading and searching on the forum provided much needed support to make it to this point.

Wow, you're doing great, I can't wait to reach that milestone. As a relative newbie myself, how did you feel your first month? I only smoked a pad for about 6 years and I'm still really young (22.) Did you notice you lung and breathing capacity improve sooner rather than later? I feel a bit more energized personally... I'm approaching my two weeks and I think the lack of smoking and tar is wreaking havoc on my sinuses, I'm plugged up and miserable. Did you experience anything like this? Look forward to your feedback and congrats again

congrats im smoke free now for 2 months. all i can say is i wish i started vaping sooner. lol the only craving that was really hard for me to get over was in the morning when i first woke up.. especially when i didnt know what i was doing. i had a few times when i needed to change my wick and it took me a couple of hours of tinkering to figure that out. those were some hard times lol

Oh man, the sinus issues were pretty terrible. Completely stopped up and a constant mouth breather for a solid week. It passes quickly, though.
