Hi everyone, I am finally able to post here.

I came across this site as I was trying to quit smoking and looking for alternative. It is what brought me to ECF and found out there is a small community here. I am a smoker for 15 years and I know my health has been going down the hill. Since we cant get our stuff locally, I did try to do a search online and results is unpromising. No local seller, I don really know if I can get my hands on 1.

... a simple ego battery look alike + a tank cost $280++ in their currency. The price did deter me from buying, came back empty handed and goes back to analogs again.

Most prob I will order online and hopefully it will reach my hands.

As you mentioned that you are from the small island then I don't think your shipment will reach you if you order online unless there is some special arrangement between the seller and you. Read up some of the old posts that many items were seized by a certain dept of gah ment....

Think of it this way: if you smoke a pack a day, in less than 12days, you would have broken even for buying that ego. And you would have been smoke free for 12days.
Is $120 really that hard to pay???

Hi guys. Ya I agree with you too. For that price I m better off buying 1 time .... The young chap don really his product. I ask him wat brand the battery is and what tank issit. He just tell me is from china. What connector issit he also donno. Though I haven get my hands on 1 but arga arga I know got what brand what connector. This is another reason I did not buy.

Reminds me of this Singtel guy who tried to hard sell me their fiber plans when I told him, "Current coaxial throughput may be reaching it's max given the amount of bandwidth internet information require nowadays. However, for residential usage, it's more than sufficient. Unless you're running the fiber optics from the modem to your router then fiber optics from your router to your PC, the difference is insignificant because the bottleneck is still restricted by the RJ-45 cables and the uplink strength of the wireless routers. Trust me, I'm an engineer."

Priceless. Boomz~! I love to see their faces when I tell them that.:evil::evil:

Intel... geez your nick is scary.

I used to smoke about 1 and half to 2 packs a day. That's 5400 sgd to 7200 sgd a year.

Last year I smoked an average 2 packs a month, that's 240 sgd a year.

In the same year I spent close to 2000 Sgd for all the fabulous mods, experimenting, kena chopped...... Still I save 2160 by the most conservative estimate.

This year I've got most of the mods I need. I can spend 1400 sgd on juice and mods and still save a whopping 4000 sgd conservatively. That's a second hand rolex by the way, or 2 X 42 inch TV( 1 in the toilet for while doing business and 1 in the bedroom for PS3), or the downpayment for a Suzuki Hayabusa.

So for a $100++ sgd to start off? Go figure it out man.

Same here bro. Me standard 2 packs a day for the last 15 years. If got special events like mahjong session, can go up to 3 packs. The money spent on analog can buy me one set of provari + ZAP + Juice every month I think still got balance...

Exactomondo. But you don't, that's the whole point. You won't buy 12 provaris and 10 ZAPs. After the initial 2000 sgd (some guys I think 5000 and still going!) we would just be trading around, buying once in a while. Just batteries and juice, some wires and mesh. Thats' all. Unless you are PBusardo that is......
