I've been lurking on the forums for info for a while now but finally decided to create an account and become active. I started vaping to quit analogs (successfully btw) and have become obsessed. My initial mod was an innoken mvp2 but have since upgraded to a tobeco 26650 mutant clone with a tobeco tobh clone atty. I'm loving it so far and can't wait to continue my vaping journey!

This is my very first build. 24 gauge kanthal on a tobh atty at .5 ohms on my copper mutant mod.

Now you need to tell us what gauge wire you used, how many wraps and the diameter of the tool you used, plus what kind of cotton you're using (looks like cotton).

I used 24 gauge kanthal with 8 wraps around a small screwdriver (close to 1/8) with organic cotton. Loving it thus far!

idk why but the vapor output on my tobh is just disappointing, ive tried several mods and coils. hopefully the next try works better

Your first coil build looks pretty darn good.


ETA: if you haven't already done so, you might try moving the coils closer to the airflow holes.

I've been having some issues with it not wanting to fire on the first press of the switch or taking a couple seconds to start producing vapor. Is this normal?
