Hi, I suck at introductions, but I'll give it a go. I started vaping again 5 days ago. I had been a 1/2 a pack smoker a day on and off since I was 16 (I know I'm showing my age, but that was 12 years ago), mostly at work. Anywho, I did try vaping back in 2013, but I let people talk me out of it cause of the unknown I guess. Now I'm back to vaping again after researching it more, and this time I'm not going back. I have found a lot of things have changed in the vaping world since 2013.
Anyway my setup im using is a Joyetech Aio with the standard 0.6 coil that comes with it. Right now I'm vaping Caribbean Crush from Mountain Oak Vapors in 3mg, but I'm thinking about going up to 6mg cause I'm getting cravings still. I try not to chain vape also which a lot of newbies do. Anyway I know this turned into a book, but wanted to say hi.

Welcome and glad you joined. Just as long as your vaping, just go for it. Chain vaping to an access is not recommended but if it helps staying off smoking, it's 100 times better for you. A 6mg should be just fine to start out for .6 coil.

I smoke about a pack a day for ages, a friend suggested I start out at 18 mg nicotine which I did, I was actually surprised that vaping killed the urge for tobacco. I did try tobacco to compare the vaping to tobacco but haven't done that in about 9 months. I slowly cut back on the nicotine and am now at 3 mg.
Half a pack should be 9 to 12 mg of nicotine
