My name is Cherie and I live in Texas. I got my Smoke Stik Royale, and I love it. This is my first e-cigarette. I have smoked for 40 years, and the combustion is killing me. I plan to use my e-cigarette to help me kick the analogs, and to help me not put my family thru hell with the withdrawals. The vapor does seem to ease me. I think with smoke stiks I have a good chance of success, and new friends.

Glad to have you on the forum! Welcome.
I was a 1 to 1 1/2 PAD smoker with a 35 year habit. I started out with the PV with the intention of cutting down gradually. It turns out that I enjoy it so much that I'm down to smoking only a few analogs a day after just a couple months of vaping. It's getting to the point where "stinkies" just don't seem to have the appeal that they used to. I'm thinking that I should be able to kiss the analogs good-bye very soon. Hope you have the same experience!

This place is truly great,and would have a much rougher time quitting the analogs if I didn't have all of the great people here and great info for support...Day 10 analog free here.Keep a positive attitude and read the info here,and you will be on your way to kicking cigarettes for good.Best wishes!

Welcome and good luck with kicking the "stinkies". Although probably you won't need much luck, because vaping is really satisfying, especially when you find your right flavor and nicotine-strength. I just started vaping a little over a week ago and so far it took me zero willpower to cut down from 40+ cigarettes (for 15 years) to 2-4, and i feel really confident to quit completely in the near future.

Same here... just started vaping recently and am already down to 2-4 analogs a day! And I'm using 0mg juice! The trick is finding the right PV and the right flavor. Stick with it!!

You will find lots of encouragement and support here. I also smoked for 40+ years and stopped smoking cigarettes within days of vaping. I started with a 3.7v PV device and 36mg nicotine and when the urge to smoke would creep up on me, I would just vape for awhile and that urge was just gone. Quite painless when compared to the countless previous methods I had tried and no withdrawl because I was vaping.
